2. Products and Pricing

We strive to accurately display the products offered for sale on the Website, including descriptions, images, and prices. However, we do not warrant that the information on the Website is complete, accurate, or current. We reserve the right to correct any errors, inaccuracies, or omissions and to change or update information at any time without prior notice. 

All prices are in USD and are subject to change without notice. We are not responsible for typographical errors related to pricing.

3. Orders and Payment

When you place an order through the Website, you are making an offer to purchase the products in your order. We may accept or reject your offer at our discretion. We will confirm acceptance of your order via email.

Payment for orders is processed through Shopify. You agree to provide accurate and complete payment information.

4. Shipping and Delivery

Please allow up to 5 Business days to process your order. Orders received late in the day or on weekends will be processed the next business day. Expect an email within 4 hours to let you know your order is on the way! 

Orders are generally shipped within 5-10 business days using USPS. We do not ship outside of the United States at this time. 

When your order ships we will notify you by email. If you do not see an email from us, please check your spam folder and ensure that we are on the list of addresses allowed by your email application.

The email will include the carrier’s tracking number for your order.

For orders requiring more than one package you may receive multiple tracking numbers. If you have questions or concerns about your order please don't hesitate to contact us at support@btvdesign.com

Please note that all sales are final. For more detail please see our refund policy. 

In the event that your order arrives damaged in any way, please email us as soon as possible at support@btvdesign.com with your order number and a photo of the item’s condition. We address these on a case-by-case basis but will try our best to work towards a satisfactory solution. If you have any further questions, please don't hesitate to contact us.

5. Returns and Refunds

A final sale policy indicates that once a purchase is made, the item cannot be returned or exchanged. This type of policy is commonly adopted for vintage and antique items. The rationale behind a final sale policy is often rooted in the nature of the products, where the uniqueness and condition of items may not allow for resale.

For consumers, your understanding that all sales are final is essential. It is advisable for customers to thoroughly review product descriptions, images, and any available information before making a purchase. This diligence can mitigate the risk of dissatisfaction with the product, as the opportunity for return is not available.
