Can I return something I bought?
No, all sales are final. If you item was damaged during shipping please send a photo and your order number to support@btvdesign.com.
Do you offer curbside pickup?
No, we sell exclusively online and do not have a physical location.
Do you offer local delivery?
If you are local to the New England area, we offer limited local delivery on a fee-basis. Please email us at support@btvdesign.com for more information.
Do you sell more than antiques?
Yes! Several of the items in our store our handmade or printed locally. Please see our "merch" collection to see these items.
Do you buy antiques?
this is a great question and one that we see frequently. Yes! We are always looking to expand our inventory. However, we are typically looking for items of a specific nature. Please reach out to ray@btvdesign.com with photos of the items you are looking to sell and we will get back you.
Do you take consignment?
No, we do not take consignment at this time. However, we are always looking to buy. Please reach out with any items to ray@btvdesign.com
Do you wholesale?
Yes! We are actively looking for original products from independent designers or small design teams. If this is you, please reach out to us via our contact form.
